Abstract EN

In our study we tried to highlight the active role played by the administrative leadership in the success of the administrative process, from design through to the wave form questionnaire for the administrative staff of the football clubs in Algeria segmented into four themes related to leadership and administrative planning and organization within the sport management.

During our study of this subject shows us clearly the role of leadership in the embodiment and the interpretation and application of the targets, policies and strategies of sports clubs as well as the vital role they play in the effective carrying out all elements of the administrative process as a process of planning and organization.
