English Abstract

Attijarah Center of Islamic Economics (ACIE) has been established with the objective to do activities in order to do research, explore, develop, promote and implement the concepts and principles of islamic economics, business and finance.

The operations of Islamic financial Institutions (IFIs) are spreading and developing at a rapid stage and it is very crucial for IFIs to train staff accordingly with respect to technical, operational and Shariah aspects of products and services to avoid Shariah compliance risk which leads to relational risk of certain IFI.

Keeping in view the need of this time and sticking to its commitment to the main objective, ACIE now offers specialized course on Shariah compliance and audit with the intention to equip people with the knowledge of Shariah compliance and audit of products and services offering by Islamic banks.

This course covers the brief, convenient and comprehensive explanation of Islamic modes of finance with prevalent documentation and procedures, IFSB and SBP guidelines and regulations related to Shariah governance and Shariah compliance and audit.

After completion of this course, the people are able to understand the crucial Shariah compliance and audit aspects and regulations of certain products and services.
