the Arab countries give much interest to the issue of food sufficiency with the growing size of the food gap also in cash.

Gong in the live with this interest, we notice that, with the beginning of the new millennium, most Arab states have launched a set of arearions policies, strategies in the field of agriculture in order to reduce the issue of food gap, to reach an appropriate level of economy self sufficiency, the provision of healthy food away from danger of import from abroad, unfortunately the food gap is still high in these countries, through the depth of gap between the demand of for food and supply, for this reason, the aim of this research is to highlight the issue of Arab food self-sufficiency and it's level analyses mechanisms, that reduce the food gap and able to achieve considerable proportion of food self-sufficiency in the Arab countries.
