بعد إتمام إجراء أول إحصار اقتصادي في الجزائر سنة 2011، من خلاله تم التوصل إلى نتائج هامة حول واقع و طبيعة المنظومة الاقتصادية عبر بلديات القطر الوطني، حيث تم إحصاء ما يقارب من مليون وحدة اقتصادية تم تصنيفها بين أنشطة تجارية و صناعية و خدماتية و أشغال عمومية، و هي منتشرة بشكل غير متوازن و غير متجانس عبر مختلف جهات الوطن، و من خلال استقراء الواقع الاقتصادي عبر المجالات الحدودية، التي تعتبر مناطق حساسة يتوجب تطوير بنيتها التحتية و تنميتها، و كذا النهوض باقتصاداتها ضمن استراتيجية التنمية المحلية الهادفة إلى إدماجها ضمن حركية المجال الوطني بصفة عامة، التي هي من أهم توجهات السياسة الوطنية في ميدان التهيئة العمرانية قصد ضمان تحقيق تجانس و تضامن مجالين بين مختلف جهات القطر الوطني.
Abstract EN
Some million economic entities involved according to the Algerian statistics of 2011 in different segments of the economic system of the Algerian border areas.
They generate various goods and services and animate so many social-border flows.
The nature and intensity of these social movements that differentially strung all along the margins of political sovereignty, can be entered through the analysis of the characteristics of economic activities in question.

Quelque million d’entités économiques interviennent selon la statistique algérienne de 2011, dans différents segments du système économique des espaces frontaliers algériens.
Elles génèrent divers biens et services et animent de la sorte maints flux sociaux transfrontaliers.
La nature et l’intensité de ces mouvements sociaux qui s’égrènent différenciellement tout le long des marges de la souveraineté politique, peuvent être saisis au travers de l’analyse des caractéristiques des activités économiques en question.
