The accelerated urban growth in many countries during the recent decades is the result of the centralization of many of the functions and activities as experienced by most cities as well as the flow of waves of immigration and high rates of natural increase and increase of the habited area.

All of this created an urban area suffers from several social and economic problems on one hand and the other hand; it also suffers from random reconstruction in urban area and vacant spaces.

Lead to the emergence of some negative consequences of the most important phenomenon of criminality in the city.

In the sense that there is a close relationship between the large size of the city in terms of population density and residential and increase the crime rate.

Therefore, there is a correlation between urban growth and the phenomenon of criminality.

Therefore, this study was to examine the relationship of criminality of the urban and explanation more credible on the factors driving the crime.

The crime is different in quality for different types of communities and the comlaxity of relations, which is accompanied by decomposition in the tradition, and the weakness of social control, which helps the development of crime and forms and types and methods used in practice.
