Abstract EN

The study problem was to know the reasons has an effective for the profits distributions, the importance of the study was a practical test for the stocks distribution and its affect into the stock value in the general stockholder companies.

The study aimed that to explain the way of the profits distribution in the general stockholder companies and the problems faced the profits distributions for the stock value in the general stockholder companies.

Study sought to test the following hypotheses: There is a activity relation between the profits distribution for the company and the marketing stock price.

The is an statistical relation between the stock price and value in the marketing circulation in side and its profits distribution in the other side.

The study has produced several results, including Which There is a relation between profits policy distribution for the bank and marketing stock price for it.

The Study Concluded For many of the recommendations including The bank have to do continuing studies and research to know the impact of the stock price and value in the market.
