The purpose of this research was to examine the attitudes of Arab teachers from the south of Israel towards the integration of technology in the educational process and the influence of the teachers’ personal characteristics (gender, seniority, age, and education) and educational characteristics (teaching methods) on these attitudes.

The study included 159 intermediate school teachers from the south.

The selection process included the division of the southern region into large towns and villages, and random selection of two large towns and villages from each of which intermediate school was selected.

The research findings indicate a relatively high positive attitudes towards technology integration into the educational process.

Another finding concerns the relationship between teachers’ seniority and their attitudes towards integrating technology into the educational process, namely, new teachers had more positive attitudes than veteran teachers.

Furthermore the use of the ICT teaching method has a positive effect on teachers’ attitudes towards technology integration into the educational process.
