This study aimed to recognize the reality of the extent to which objectivity in the selection of personnel in educational institutions in Palestine, and their applicability on the ground, also aims to identify determinants and constraints that prevent the application of the selection and recruitment of workers in these institutions, in addition to knowledge among policy for selection and appointment in order to limit the selection of qualified scientific and practical.
Descriptive approach was used for analytical purposes of this study to show the phenomenon in the field quantitatively and qualitatively.
The study showed that the demographic factors of the study, such as race, age, income and social situation has no effect in determination the views of the staff in the university towards the application of objectivity in the selection and appointment of staff, the rate of turnover of work in university is at average rate compared to the limited number of employees at the university, most employees have a sense of job satisfaction for their work in the university, finally, the study showed that the university administration has a good degree of administrative efficiency, particularly by applying objectivity in the selection of personnel.
