This study was conducted to evaluate the efficiency of physical method using the magnetic field with two extensity 2000 and 4000 Gauss at different times 60 and 120 minutes to remove or decrease zearalenone from contaminated poultry feeds at concentration (2.57) ng / g in addition to using chemical methods chitosan and pomegranate pericarp Punica granatum L.

at three concentration (2.4, 4.8 ,9.6) mg / ml to adsorb zearalenone from filtrate of Fusarium graminearum produced zearalenone (1.18) ng/ ml, the results were showed higher reduction reach 54.28% with higher extensity 4000 Gauss for 120 minutes and it was found higher efficiency in toxin degradation at high concentrations of chitosan and pomegranate pericarp specially at 9.6 mg/ ml with reducing percentage 96.62% ,68.62% respectively.
