The Aim of this article to highlight the importance of communication between individuals within the organization as one of the most important of these means and methods for the success of the change on the basis that the human is the common denominator for all areas of work organization, a foundation in the implementation of any change or development is dependent upon the success or failure of any organization and planning as have skills process to deal with any change.

Through the above highlights the important role of the costly process of organizational change to ensure effective communication describes the reasons for the change and prospects for members of the organization, whether short-term or long-term, which gives positive results for the organization and help it achieve all its objectives in the absence of conflict and resistance to change.
