Abstract EN

This research discusses the nouns which are marked by the nominative case when they are lawlā) in the books of ) ”لولا“ preceded by the word syntactic controversies.

It also sheds light on the items of poetic evidence by subjecting it to the standards of argumentation through the items of poetic evidence.

Then، the research explains the reason why such items of evidence are not compatible with the argumentation، whether through the ignorance of the addressee، the multiplicity of the attributive form (al - nisbah) ، the multiplicity of narration or other reasons.

After researching، it appeared that six of the issue’s eight items of evidence cannot be invoked، including five items of evidence in the book: “al’insaf fi masā’il alkhilāf” (Equity in Controversy Issues) ، and one item of evidence exclusively mentioned in Al Akbari’s “altabyīn ‘an mathāhib alnahwiyīn: al basriyīn wal kūfiyīn” (Explanation of Grammarians) Doctrines: Albesrien and Alkufiin
