This course examines the accounting framework and standards for Islamic financial transactions and contracts.
In particular, the accounting treatment and disclosure of various Islamic financing instruments will be discussed with reference to the relevant standards promulgated by the accounting and auditing organization of Islamic financial institutions (AAOIFI) standards
