يتناول هذا المساق نظام الرقابة الشرعية و الصيرفة و التمويل الإسلامي، لتعريف الدارسين على المنتجات المبتكرة التي تستخدمها المصارف و مؤسسات التمويل الإسلامي، و يلقي الضوء على القواعد الضابطة لأنظمة التمويل الإسلامي و دور المصرف المركزي و هيئات الرقابة الشرعية و العولمة و الأزمة المالية و التحديات التي تواجه المصارف الإسلامية في تعاملها مع تطورات قطاع المال حول العالم
English Abstract
This course focuses on Sharia’s and Islamic Banking and Finance system.
The course attempts to familiarize learners with innovative products used by Islamic banks and financial institutions.
It sheds light on regulation of the Islamic financial system, the role of central bank and Shari`ah Supervisory Boards (SSB), globalization, financial crisis and challenges faced by Islamic banks in their practice in modern world phenomena.
