Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر سلسلة التوريد على تحسين جودة المنتج في شركات الأدوية الأردنية، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملاءمته لأغراض الدراسة، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (18) شركة أدوية أردنية لصناعة الأدوية البشرية، و لغايات جمع البيانات اللازمة لهذه الدراسة تم توزيع (100) استبانة على أفراد العينة و استرد منها (83) استبانة صالحة للتحليل، و تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أنه يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 0.05) = α) لسلسلة التوريد بأبعادها (العلاقة مع الموردين، المواصفات و المقاييس، التسليم، و خدمة ما بعد البيع) على تحسين جودة المنتج بأبعاده (الخصائص، الثقة، و الأمان) في شركات الأدوية الأردنية، كما أظهرت النتائج أنه لا يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 0.05) = α) لبعد العلاقة مع الموردين و بعد التسليم من أبعاد إدارة سلسلة التوريد على تحسين جودة المنتج بأبعاده (الخصائص، الثقة، و الأمان) في شركات الأدوية الأردنية لصناعة الأدوية البشرية.

و على ضوء هذه النتائج تم صياغة عدة توصيات أهمها تشجيع شركات الأدوية الأردنية على تبني إدارة الشركة الثقة مع الموردين، الأمر الذي قد يساهم في تمتين دور بعد ثقة الموردين وجودة المنتج و ايجاد هيئات دولية و إقليمية بصفة رسمية تعمل على إخضاع الشركات الدوائية للرقابة لضمان اعتماد أفضل المواصفات، نظرا إلى حساسية المنتجات الدوائية لصناعة الأدوية البشرية.

English Abstract

This study aimed at recognizing the impact of supply chain on improving the quality of product at the Jordanian pharmaceutical companies.

The analytical descriptive method had been employed for its appropriateness to the purposes of study.

The sample of study consisted of (18) Jordanian pharmaceutical companies for manufacturing human drugs.

For the purposes of collecting necessary data for this study, one-hundred questionnaires were distributed among individuals of the sample and (83) questionnaires, good for statistical analysis, were restored.

Data analysis had been done by employing the program of (SPSS).

The study showed agroup of results: the there is an effect of statistical significance at the level of indication (α=0.05) to supply chain with its dimensions (relationship with providers, classifications and criteria, deliverance and the service after selling) on improving quality of the product with its dimensions (characteristics, trust, safety) at the Jordanian pharmaceutical companies for manufacturing human drugs.

Results also fonnd that there is an effect with statistical significance at the level of indication (α=0.05) for the factor of relationship with providers for dimensions of managing the supply chain on improving quality of the product with its dimensions (characteristics, trust, safety) at the Jordanian pharmaceutical companies.

In light the finding of the stud the researcher recommended encouraging the Jordanian pharmaceutical companies to adopt managing the trustful company with the providers, that may help in strengthening the of trust in a variable of quality of the product and find international and regional corporations at a formal description working on subduing the pharmaceutical companies in order to guarantee accreditation on the best classifications, to the sensitivity of drug product for manufacturing human drugs.
