The Study deals with the effect of the of strategic innovation with is branch dimensions ( Problem solution , decision making , ability to change , gamble spirit , communication rage and encourage the innovation) in the administrative corruption aspects represented by ( organizing , behavior , financial , crime deviations ), on the other hand .

The researcher seeks to meet the study objectives through depending on a questionnaire distributed on a sample of higher management leaders in the searched firm (corporation).

It was used a number of statistical means or tools, and the study reached into some conclusions and recommendations.
