Wa Alekum Salaam Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh Jazaka'Allah Khairan for the quick reply. One quick question, generally the banks or other institutes ask you to write the name of the beneficiary on their application forms. I usually write my wife's name on it. I hope the last will shall supercede everything. By the way I live in NJ, USA. Wassalam
