Arabic Abstract

تعتبر الاستدامة مفهوم عالمي تتسابق الدول لتطبيقه في مختلف المجالات، لما يحمله تطبيق هذا المفهوم من آثار إيجابيه على النواحي البيئية و الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية، و لذلك كان لزاما على قطاع غزة أن يلاحق الركب و تكون من أهم أولوياته تحقيق مفاهيم الاستدامة في نهضته العمرانية.

تتجلى أهمية الدراسة في نقص الموارد في قطاع غزة نتيجة للأوضاع السياسية الصعبة التي يعيشها القطاع، بالإضافة إلى النهضة العمرانية في مباني المستشفيات في قطاع غزة في هذه الفترة، و ذلك في ظل نقص للدراسات التي تهتم بتحقيق الاستدامة في المستشفيات، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم التعرف على مفاهيم الاستدامة، و أهدافها و أهمية تطبيق محاورها في مباني المستشفيات، و ذلك من خلال تطبيق هذه المحاور على عينة من مباني المستشفيات في قطاع غزة، على اعتبار أن هذه المنشآت لا تعتبر من المباني الخضراء، حيث تم اختيار مجموعة منوعة من المستشفيات، و تم تحليل هذه المستشفيات بداية من اختيار الموقع، و التصميم المبكر الذي يخدم البيئة، و إدارة النفايات، و إدارة المياه، و إدارة الطاقة، و جودة البيئة الداخلية، و الخلوص من هذه الدراسة إلى أن هذه المفاهيم الستة تعتبر محاور أساسية يجب على جميع المستشفيات في قطاع غزة تحديقها بذلك مستشفيات خضراء، كما أنه و من خلال هذه الدراسة تبين أن بعض مستشفيات قطاع غزة طبقت بعض مفاهيم المستشفيات الخضراء، و بذلك فقد تم إثبات الفرضية التي قامت عليها هذه الدراسة و التي بينت على التساؤل التالي : هل يتم تطبيق مفاهيم الاستدامة في مباني المستشفيات في قطاع غزة ؟ اعتمد الباحث في إتمام هذه الدراسة على المنهج التحليلي الوصفي، من خلال دراسة واقع المستشفيات في قطاع غزة، و قام الباحث بذلك من خلال دراسة تحليلية نقدية لمجموعة من المستشفيات في قطاع غزة، و إجراء المقابلات الشخصية مع المهندسين و الأطباء و ذوي العلاقة للوصول إلى رؤية واضحة حول واقع هذه المستشفيات بالإضافة إلى توزيع استبانة على عينة من المجتمع الفلسطيني تمثلت بالعاملين في هذه المستشفيات و ذلك لقياس مدى رضى هذه العينة على الأداء الوظيفي و البيئي لهذه المستشفيات و الوصول إلى النتائج و التوصيات لهذه الدراسة.

English Abstract

The sustainability has been become an international aspect, the international is competing to applying it in the different fields, so it has carried out this application from positive effects on environmental, economic and social fields, Gaza strip must follow the groups and the aspects of sustainability must be one of its priorities in it renaissance architectural.

This case study is written due to the shortage of the sources in Gaza strip as a result of the difficult political status that Gaza strip is suffered from, in addition to the renaissance architectural in hospital in Gaza strip in this period, to achieve the study purposes it was important to know the sustainability aspects, goals and the important of apply its aspects in the hospital building by applying this on group from hospital in Gaza strip, we must consider this buildings not green buildings.

This case study has had apple mentation for sustainability aspects on hospital in Gaza strip, we analyzed these hospitals from begun the choosing location, and the modern designs, management garbage, management water, management energy and interior quality environment which are serving the environment.

The sum-up of this research is the six aspects consider important for hospitals, and they must do them to become green hospitals, and from this research we found some of hospitals in Gaza strip were Achieve aspects of green hospitals by this we prove our research in this case study which is building on this question: Is the sustainability aspects are applied on Gaza strip hospitals? The researcher is depend on the description analyzing by analytical study of a group of hospitals in the Gaza Strip, and conducting personal interviews with engineers, doctors and stakeholders to reach a clear vision of the reality of this hospitals and the researcher was going to distribution of a questionnaire to a sample of workers in these hospitals in order to measure the degree of satisfaction on this sample, about the functional and the environmental performance of these hospitals and achievement the results in this research Research Methodology:
