Abstract EN

This study aims at investigating the level of habits of mind and multiple intelligences, and the relationship between them by students from the preparatory year at Taibah University.

To achieve these aims, the researchers administrated Habits of Mind scale developed by Carl Rodgers (2000), and Mackenzie tool (Mackenzie, 2000) to survey students multiple intelligences, on (305) students from the preparatory year at the University of Taibah.

The researchers employed the descriptive approach, as the findings showed that the level of habits of mind among the sample as a whole was (3.86) as it is in a high level, the findings also showed that the level of intelligences among the sample as a whole was (6.39) as it is in a medium level.

Moreover, the findings also showed a statistically significant correlation at the level (α = 0.05) between habits of mind and the multiple intelligences as a whole by the research sample individuals.
