Abstract EN

This study aims at describing the educational content standards in the theory of abuse of Islamic jurisprudence; by highlighting the implications of the theory of abuse and its applications in some educational institutions, and showing how to treat the behavior of the abuse of power in education through using both the deductive and inductive approaches.

The results of the study recommended that managers of educational institutions need to design an educational curriculum including objectives, methods and means and comprehensive strategies.

This curriculum will enable individuals be aware of their rights and duties and establish balance between them through achieving mental health among individuals first before the emergence of the effects of abuse in behavior on others in the community.
