Abstract EN

This study aimed at identifying the extent of employment of knowledge-based economy in physical education curricula in Palestine from the standpoint of supervisors and teachers, it also aimed at identifying the differences between supervisors and teachers in the employment of knowledge-based economy in the curricula of physical education according to the variables (work, sex,).

The study sample consisted of (30) supervisors and (1046) teachers representing all Directorates of Education in Palestine.

The researcher used a questionnaire as a tool for data collection.

It consisted of 65 items distributed on six dimensions (outcomes, content, and methods teaching media, student, teacher, and evaluation).

The results showed that the extent of employment of knowledge economy in the education curricula in Palestine, from the point of view of supervisors and teachers came in a moderate degree for the overall dimensions of study, and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences for the employment of knowledge economy in the curricula of physical education from the perspective of supervisors and teachers according to the variable (sex), it also showed that there were statistically significant differences according to the variable (work).
