Studying and working in the other financial firms and the financial sector : working in a company selling term insurance and loans

I'm Muslim, I live in USA, I found a job with a financial services company, we sale financial products like term insurance and loans... All based on interest. Is it ok for me to work for that company ? Can I myself buy a term insurance to cover my debt after my death. Notes I want a very clear answer. If you need more info please let me know.
