English Abstract
In this thesis a general introduction to conformal mapping and the Riemann Mapping theorem are given.
Here we will explore the world of conformal mapping and the techniques available to the mappings between arbitrary simply connected subset of the complex plane as promised by Riemann’s mapping theorem, in addition to a brief introduction to conformal mapping focusing on the Schwarz-Christoffel transformation have been studied and justified.
Extra results are obtained regarding Schwarz-Christoffel trans-formation.
Finally as an application of conformal mapping, Fluid flow is studied which are widely used in applied mathematics.
