Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن مستوى الرضا المهني و علاقته بالتوافق الزواجي و مستوى الطموح لدى الممرضات العاملات في مديرية صحة محافظة الكرك، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (250) ممرضة من ممرضات مديرية صحة محافظة الكرك, تم اختيارهن بطريقة عشوائية بسيطه.
و تحقيقا لأهداف الدراسة تم تطوير أدوات الدراسة الثلاثة، و هي : مقياس التوافق الزواجي، و مقياس الطموح، و مقياس الرضا المهني، جرى لكل مقياس منهما التحقق من صدقه و ثباته، أظهرت النتائج أن درجة الرضا المهني و درجة التوافق الزواجي للممرضات العاملات في مديرية صحة الكرك جاءت متوسطة و لجميع المجالات، فيما تبين أن مستوى الطموح لدى الممرضات العاملات في مديرية صحة الكرك جاء مرتفعا و لجميع المجالات، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة إيجابية بين مقياس الرضا المهني و التوافق الزواجي و المستوى الطموح و على جميع أبعاد كل مقياس، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود علاقة دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (α ≤ 0.05) بين الرضا المهني و التوافق الزواجي باختلاف مكان العمل (مركز صحي، مستشفى)، و باختلاف متغير سنوات الخدمة.
و باختلاف المؤهل العلمي ما عدا (دبلوم عالي، و دراسات عليا)، حيث كان الفرق لصالح الممرضين من حملة شهادة الدبلوم العالي.
كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى ( α≤ 0.05) بين الرضا المهني و مستوى الطموح باختلاف مكان العمل (مركز صحي، مستشفى)، و لصالح الممرضات اللاتي يعملن في المركز الصحي، و باختلاف المؤهل العلمي بين (دبلوم متوسط و بكالوريوس) لصالح (دبلوم متوسط) و بين (بكالوريوس، و دبلوم عالي) لصالح الدبلوم العالي، فيما لم تظهر النتائج وجود علاقة دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (α ≤ 0.05) بين الرضا المهني و مستوى الطموح باختلاف فئات متغير سنوات الخبرة.
English Abstract
This study aimed at identifying the level of professional satisfaction and its relationship with their marital adjustment and level of ambition among the female nurses working in Al-Karak Directorate of Health.
The study sample consisted of (250) female nurses working in Al- Karak Directorate of Health, who were chosen randomly.
In order to achieve the study objectives, the researcher developed three instruments for the study: marital adjustment scale, ambition scale, and the scale of professional satisfaction; the validity and reliability of these scales were verified.
The results showed that the degree of professional satisfaction and the degree of marital adjustment among the female nurses working in Al-Karak Directorate of Health was high regarding all the domains.
The results also showed that there was a positive relationship between the scale of professional satisfaction, marital adjustment, and the level of ambition for all the dimensions of each scale.
The results showed that there are no statistically significant differences at (α≤ 0.05) regarding the relationship between professional satisfaction and marital adjustment according to the variable of work place (clinic, hospital), the variable of years of experience as well as the variable of educational qualification except for (higher diploma, higher studies), where the differences were in favor of the nurses of higher diploma.
The results showed that there were statistically significant differences at (α≤ 0.05) regarding the relationship between professional satisfaction and ambition level according to the work place (clinic, hospital) in favor of the female nurses working in the clinics as well as the variable of educational qualification between (diploma, and bachelor degree), in favor of the diploma degree.
While the results showed that there were no differences at (α≤ 0.05) regarding the relationship between professional satisfaction and ambition level according to the variable of years of experience.
