In the case of an insurance claim, can one include the value of the premiums paid for other cars ?

I understand that with car insurance claims, one should only recoup a sum equivalent to the total paid to a particular company to date, and any excess received beyond this sum be ‘repaid’ through future premiums to that same company. In both cases (historical payments and futures insurance cover), can one include the value of the premiums paid for other cars in the same household (e.g. a spouse’s) if it is to the same company ? Also, in the cost of the claim, in addition to the sum we receive from the insurer must we also factor in the amount paid to a third party for damage to their vehicle, the cost of legal bills the insurance provider has to bear, the cost of personal injury claims by third parties ? What if one disputes the the claim for personal injury made by third parties (but the insurer pays as it is a cheaper option) ?
