Study handled the topic by setting forth the definition of private investigation offices; the importance of the topic and the need of society, due to progress in all fields, to adopt private investigation offices system which made its first debut in France in 1833.

Study drew an analogy between private investigation system and similar ones in the Anglo American, Latin and Islamic systems.

It also sets forth attitudes of jurisprudence and judiciary towards the adoption of such offices.

Study summed up with an agreement on the use of private investigation offices as assisting tools to security bodies under a legal framework specifying obligations and requirements, and through a comprehensive vision foreseeing the future of private investigation.

Study reached a host of findings, the most crucial of which is that investigations don’t violate human rights; the increase in crimes calls for adopting private investigation system and lastly the leading role of private investigation offices in handling complaints requiring a special effort in collection of information and use of advanced devices.
