This study aims to test the impact of the quality of services to both customer satisfaction and customer loyalty to the insurance industry in Saudi Arabia, and I've been reviewing previous studies concerned with this subject in a number of countries.
And so what constitutes the subject of the quality of services, especially in the important service organizations, which aims to improve its services.
This study used a model proposal illustrates the challenges that affect both customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
The study reviewed the previous literature In addition to testing the impact of the overall picture of the service at the customer's perspective as a variable and a broker on the quality of service and customer satisfaction by connecting these variables Bsthaddam proposed model, which is the addition of a scientific point of view of researchers.
By studying the quality of services to the insurance industry, in the light of what has been studied previously, particularly in Saudi Arabia, I've got this study add another where she presented an understanding of the study variables within different environments
