تقدير أثر رأس المال البشري على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة ما بين 1971- 2014

Abstract EN

This study aims to estimate the impact of human capital in economic growth in Algeria during the period between 1971-2014 ,and this order to learn the fundamentals factors unexplained and affecting in economic growth .The used the tools of econometrics to reach the desired goals ,where we adopted the least squares method in the estimation of the study model .According to their results ,both the schooling rat and the number of the registered at the university two factors most explanation and impact on economic growth ,while the impact of other variables (public spending on education , public spending on health , number of the registered in university , number of teachers in secondary education and number of obtained diplomas ) weak and different rates , and this goes back to the top human development policy in Algeria failure and not to bring public spending in general toward generating sectors of income and this reflected negatively on the economic growth and social development in the country .
