Abstract EN

This study aimed at identifying the role of organizational culture to participate in decision-making.

A model composed of four areas of organizational culture study adopted, namely: cooperation, innovation, cohesion, and effectiveness.

The participation in the decision-making has identified three areas: the belief actively participating, to recognize the impact of participation on the strength of a faculty member, and a commitment to participate.

The data was collected through a questionnaire designed for this purpose, sample of this study consisted of (55) of faculty members in the College of Education at the University of Taif in the academic year (1435/1436 h) in which the study was conducted.

The major finding of the study was as follows: Degree of Application and organizational culture and participation in decision-making in the scientific departments of the Faculty of Education at the University of Taif high.

And a positive (medium) correlation between the participation in decision-making and the areas of organizational culture in the scientific departments of the Faculty of Education at the University of Taif.
