Abstract EN

This research aimed at measuring the degree of jurisprudential concepts possession of the faculty of educational sciences and arts students/ UNRWA.

The sample of the study consisted of (265) students, they were opposed to jurisprudential concepts test, which consisted of 44 items distributed to six areas in jurisprudence.

The results revealed that the degree of jurisprudential concepts possession among students in general was low.

Results also revealed that there were statistically significant differences in the degree of jurisprudential concepts possession among students by specialization in favor of class teacher, Arabic language, and English language specializations in comparison with geography specialization; meanwhile there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of jurisprudential concepts possession among students by gender.

Results also revealed that there were statistically significant differences in the degree of jurisprudential concepts possession in favor of students who studies a course in jurisprudence in comparison with students who didn’t study a course in jurisprudence.
