Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the aspects of organizational dissent for faculty members at Mu’tah University.

The researcher used descriptive approach, the population consists of all faculty members at Mu’tah University 480 instructors and the researcher developed a tool included three fields: Open dissent, replacement dissent, and latent dissent.

The study has achieved some results that the dissent of faculty members was open whereas this field has gained the highest averages (3.93) with high estimations took place between extensions replacement and latent dissents on arithmetic averages respectively (2.73) and (2.00) with estimations of low and average.

Finally, in the light of the study results and discussion the researcher suggested some recommendations the recommendations are, the necessary of recognition with organizational.
