Can a pharmacist take out extra insurance due to extreme circumstances ?

Fatawa Question

Can a pharmacist take out extra insurance due to extreme circumstances ? I know that insurance is only permissible in extreme cases. Would it be permissible for a pharmacist to take out insurance which will protect her in case she was to get sued by a customer ? The insurance is not necessary but if someone did sue it could involve huge costs.
