Abstract EN
A fifty-three-year-old Indian male patient developed isolated compartment syndrome of the leg caused by chronic alcohol induced rhabdomyolysis.
The patient was admitted with altered level of consciousness and was intubated.
Exploratory fasciotomy was performed which confirmed the diagnosis of isolated anterior compartment.
His postoperative period was uneventful.
