Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the level of job satisfaction and the level of performance of the employees and to identify the impact of job satisfaction on the employees at the Jordanian Ministry of Finance.

The study relied on the descriptive analytical method.

The study was applied on a random sample of workers in the Jordanian Ministry of Finance.

The sample size was (158) male and female employees.

The results of the study showed that the job satisfaction level and the level of personnel performance in the Ministry of Finance was moderate.

The results also showed the presence of the impact of the dimensions of job satisfaction such as salaries and incentives, constancy career, working conditions on the performance of employees in the Jordanian Ministry of Finance.

It also showed the lack of statistically significant variations in the study sample’s responses variations were attributed to the personal variables.

The study came out with many recommendations; to mention some: To raise the level of job satisfaction in the Jordanian Ministry of Finance, to increase the amount of the post service benefits provided by the Jordanian Ministry of Finance to generate a sense of stability among workers.
