Riba and installment sale : any relation of Riba to inflation ?

Assalamu, In my previous email I forgot to mention the countries inflation rate, it is about 24 %. But the trader charges us 30 % more than cash price, is it fair ? And also I could not find the Qur’anic verse, saying acceptance. Wassalam.
