Are Islamic banks and their profit Halal ?

Salam Sheikh, Please let me know if Islamic banking Halal ? there are banks which operate under the Islamic Shari’ah. Also, there are Islamic sections in banks like Amanah of HSBC also operate under Islamic banking laws. Please tell me if I can deposit money into those accounts and take the profit. Jazakallah
