English Abstract
In this thesis, we introduce strongly clean rings and give some important properties of these rings.
The relationship between these rings and special types of rings is given.
We consider M_n (R) and classify when such a ring is clean or strongly clean.
Finally, we introduce PM and 〖PM〗^* -rings and some properties and relationship between them and strongly clean rings.
