English Abstract
This research deals with the subject of Risk Management in the Electronic Contract, and it's very important subject in the electronic transaction that require trust and safety for the user, because the electronic contracting is done through the internet, which the contractor get risks.
The research aims to reduce theses risks through electronic signature and certification authorities.
When the issuance of the Jordanian electronic transaction act in 2015 needed to study this act and it's validation with requirement of electronic contracting in comparison with Singapore electronic transaction act in 2010.
This research was conducted by descriptive research method as part of comparison between Jordanian electronic transaction act and the electronic transaction act of Singapore.
In addition interviews were done with experts in technical and legal field, the questions of interviews about the granting of electronic signature to his representative, and about certification authorities.
The results of this research is to execute a secure electronic transaction to reduce the risks which faced the electronic contracting through electronic signature and certification authorities, and controlling of electronic transaction, where from the government or private parties
