Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة اتجاهات طلبة كلية التمريض في جامعة مؤته نحو المهنة وعلاقتها بمستوى الطموح وجودة الحياة وكما هدفت إلى معرفة الفروق في الاتجاهات نحو مهنة التمريض ومستوى الطموح وجودة الحياة تبعا لمتغير جنس الطالب والمستوى الدراسي.

تكونت عينة الدراسة من (105) طالبا وطالبة من كلية التمريض من مستوى البكالوريوس منهم (28) طالبا و(77) طالبة من العام الجامعي (2016) وفي كافــــة المستويات.

وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مع استخدام ثلاثة مقاييس: مقياس الاتجاهات نحو مهنة التمريض (من تطوير الباحث) - ومقياس مستوى الطموح (السلوط 2007) - ومقياس جودة الحياة (منسي، وكاظم، 2006) وباستخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية وتحليل التباين الثنائي، أظهرت النتائج ما يلي: لا توجد اتجاهات سلبية نحو مهنة التمريض لدى طلبة كلية التمريض، كما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاتجاه نحو مهنة التمريض تعزى لجنس الطالب أو مستواه الدراسي.

ارتفاع مستوى الطموح لدى افراد عينة الدراسة.

ووجود علاقة إيجابية بين مستوى الطموح لدى الطلبة واتجاهاتهم نحو المهنة.

وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الطموح تعزى لمتغير جنس الطالب بينما اختلف مستوى الطموح باختلاف المستوى الدراسي ولصالح طلبة السنة الأولى.

كما بينت النتائج أن مستوى جودة الحياة لدى الطلبة كان متوسطا في بعد جودة الحياة الأسرية والاجتماعية، وجودة التعلم، وجودة العواطف، والصحة النفسية، وجودة شغل الوقت.

ووجود علاقة إيجابية بين جودة الحياة واتجاهاتهم نحو مهنة التمريض.

English Abstract

This study aimed to identify the attitudes of the students of nursing in Mu'tah university toward career in relation to aspiration level and life quality and to identify the differences in attitudes toward the career of nursing, aspiration level and life quality based on student's gender and academic level.

The sample of the study was consisted of (105) male and female students from the faculty of nursing at the bachelor level, among whom (28) male students and (77) female students in the academic year (2017/2016) and were from all academic levels.

The researcher utilized the analytic descriptive approach and three scales: attitudes toward the nursing career scale (The development of researcher) -aspiration level scale (Salot,2007)-life quality scale (Mansy, &Kathem, 2006).

Using means and standard deviations and ANCOVA, results indicated that there were no negative attitudes toward the nursing career among participants and that there were no significant statistical differences in the attitude toward the nursing career that are attributed to the gender or the academic level variables.

Results also indicated the increase of aspiration level among participants and a positive relationship between aspiration level and attitudes toward career among students.

There were no significant statistical differences in aspiration level that are attributed to gender while aspiration level differed based on the academic level in favor of the 1st year students.

Finally, results indicated that life quality level among participants was medium in the dimensions of familial and social life quality, learning quality, emotions quality, psychological health and time utilization quality and there was a positive relationship between life quality and attitudes toward the nursing career among participants.
