Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى الرضا عن الحياة وعلاقته بكل من التدين ومستوى الطموح لدى طلبة جامعة مؤتة، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (569) طالبا وطالبة، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية من ثماني كليات علمية وإنسانية منهم (283) ذكور، (286) إناث، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير ثلاثة مقاييس في الدراسة هي: مقياس الرضا عن الحياة، مقياس التدين، ومقياس مستوى الطموح، وبعد التأكد من دلالات الصدق والثبات تم تطبيقها على أفراد الدراسة، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة: أن مستوى الرضا عن الحياة ومستوى التدين ومستوى الطموح لدى طلبة جامعة مؤتة قد وجد بدرجة مرتفعة بين أفراد الدراسة، و أن التدين فسر ما نسبته (%17.1) من التباين في مستوى الرضا عن الحياة، وقد فسر مستوى الطموح ما نسبته (24.2%) من التباين في مستوى الرضا عن الحياة، وكذلك أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (a0.05≥) لمقياس الرضا عن الحياة تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة (الجنس، السنة الدراسية، الكلية)، كما وأظهرت وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (a0.05≥) في الرضا عن الحياة تعزى للتفاعل بين الجنس والكلية للمقياس الرضا عن الحياة، وكانت الفروق لصالح الإناث وللكليات الإنسانية، وقد أوصت الدراسة بعقد الندوات والمحاضرات لتوعية طلبة الجامعة بأهمية الرضا عن الحياة، والتدين، ومستوى الطموح من أجل المحافظة على المستوى المرتفع لديهم، والذي يلعب دورا مهما في تمتعهم بصحة نفسية سوية.

English Abstract

The study aimed to determine the level of satisfaction with life and its relationship to both religiosity and the level of ambition in Mu'tah University students.

The study sample consisted of (569) male and female students who were chosen randomly from eight scientific and human faculties (283) males, (286) females.

To achieve the objectives of the study three standards were developed and they are: measure of life satisfaction, religiosity scale.

the level of ambition, and after making sure of validity and reliability have been applied to study individuals.

The results of the study: showed that the level of satisfaction about life and the level of religiosity and the level of ambition among students of Mu'tah University students were high, and that religiosity interpreted accounted for (17.1%) of the variation in the level of satisfaction with life, level of ambition has interpreted accounted for (24.2%) of the variation in the level of life satisfaction, it also showed that there were no differences statistically significant at the level of significance (α≤0.05) to measure life satisfaction due to the variables of the study (sex, school year, the College), it also showed no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) in life satisfaction is due to the interaction between sex and college to measure life satisfaction, and the differences are in favor of females and the faculties of humanity.

The study recommended holding seminars and lectures to educate the college students of the importance of life satisfaction, and religiosity, and the level of ambition in order to maintain the high level they have, and which plays an important role in the enjoyment of psychological health together.
