[Zakah on salary bank account]

Fatawa Question

As Salaam `Alaykum brothers in Islam : what is the ruling on salary bank account amount. Issue here is : 1. Salary is mostly fixed per month but not the monthly expenses. 2. This money is in continuous use for personal and other family expenses, so remain in rotation throughout the year (not used as savings like fix deposit). 3. The expenditure per month is not same, so will be difficult to know what will remain at the end of each month. Jazakum Allah Khair.
