Bismillah al Rahman al Rahim Alhamdu Lillahi Rabb al Alamin, Wa al Salatu Wa al Salam Ala Sayyidina Muhammad, Wa Ala Aalihi Wa Sahbihi Ajma'in Dear Br. A car company charges £ 32995 for a car. Their finance department facilitates payment by offering a three year deal, based on no deposit followed by a plan of 36 payments of £ 1032 every month. The question is : is the amount above £ 32995 classed as Riba ?
