Assalaamu Alaykum Dr. Kahf, Insha’Allah all is well with you ! I had a quick inquiry to make… As you may recall we are putting together an interest free student loan fund [or Muslim students’ education fund]. The fund will primarily be funded through community donations. We are looking into some government funding / grants. Unfortunately these grants are coming from lotteries and bingo homes. Do you think we can accept these grants (even though they are offered by the gov’t but they are receiving from lotteries) ? Jazaka Allah Khayr, Assaalaamu Alaykum, Mohammad
