Murabahah and installment sale : installment sale with interest

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته شركة غبور تقوم الآن بتقسيط السيارات مباشرة، دون وسيط بنكي، و لكن بشروط : الأول : فائدة بنسبة 6,9 % من باقي المبلغ المتبقي من القسط، يعني لو السيارة بمائة ألف و دفعت أنا خمسين، يبقى هل يزود النسبة دي على خمسين ألف المتبقية على ثلاث سنوات. الشرط الثاني : عمل حظر بيع على العربية لعدم بيعها أثناء فترة القسط. الثالث : مدة فترة السماح لتأخير القسط لمدة ثلاثين يوما و بعد يطبق خمسين جنيه غرامة بعد الثلاثين يوما.. فهل يجوز شراء سيارة من هذه الشركة وفقا للشروط المذكورة ؟ و شكرا
