The emergence of Central Library 2 .Evolution at the University of Qadisiyah 3 .The extent to meet their own needs 4 .Stand on the most important difficulties and obstacles faced by students when using the library, and develop solutions that advance by patrols have used the survey method in this study and adopted the questionnaire as a tool to collect data, the study concluded a set of findings and recommendations and proposals.
