Abstract EN

This study gathered the issues of Hadith Sciences in which Imam Ibn Jama’a disagreed with Imam Ibn as- Salah from the book of al-Manhal ar-Rawi.

These issues were analyzed to arrive at the conclusion of these disagreements.

In this regard, thirteen issues were studied in four sections.

The first one focused on some issues related to the Hadith body and its types and divisions.

The second one summarized some issues related to the Isnaad, chain of narrators.

The third one focused on the issues of Hadith Tahammul, narration to others, and the implemented methods and the required accuracy and ethics in this regard.

The final section lists some issues related to the names of narrators and levels of scholars.

These four sections are followed by conclusions.

The most important conclusion is that the book of al-Manhal ar-Rawi is a wellstructured reference that is characterized by its unique issues and zawa’ed.

Also, scholars of Hadith consider the opinions of Imam Ibn Jama’a in Hadith issues as valid ones.

The researcher gives preference of his opinions in ten issues.
