Background & Objective: Is the changing of biomechanics between the tooth and implant affected on the homogeneity of bone surrounding the tooth and implant connected with fixed prosthesis.

the aim of the study is to study the connection of bone area in both sides (mesial&distal) of tooth & implant connected with bridge(in the form of rigid or non-rigid connection) during one year of radial observation of radiographic bone density.

Materials&Methods:50 ceramometal fixed partial prosthesis with three unets were placed on50 implants(Anthofit®ol-Anthogyr)connected with natural tooth in the posterior region of the mandible, for(48) patients(27 for males and 23for females,age range (25-56years).

They were divided into two groups: the first received(30)fixed partial prosthesis connect a natural tooth to implant by rigid connection.

the second received(20)fixed partial prosthesis connect a natural tooth to implant by non-rigid connection, (key and key way) which was placed distal of the tooth.

We took a periapical radiography for every case at the time of cemented the bridge in two groups (T0)(it was changed into digital photo), then we took 3 digital periapical radiography by sensor after one year(T1).We made the measurement of bone density to both sides (mesial&distal)of tooth & implant in two groups and during the time of observation by using Medical Digora program.

Results: there is a strong relation between the radiographic bone density in the mesial and the distal side at tooth(r=0.796,R2 =0.634 and implant(r=0.845,R2 =0.714) in two groups at the time of cementation.

This relation remained strong at the tooth(r=0.797,R2 =0.635), but changed at the implant(r=0.493,R2 =0.243) after one year,And T student test showed that no significant difference in The radiographic bone density between the mesial and distal of tooth after one year of loading while this significant difference are noted at implant in two groups.

Conclusion: there is a continuance of homogeneity of bone area around the tooth.while it was not remained around the implant after one year of loading.

The radiographic bone density at the distal side of implant after one year is bigger than of the mesial side in two groups.
