Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة تعرف كفاءة مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في لواء وادي السير في اشراك المعلمين في عملية صنع القرار، و علاقتها بأدائهم الوظيفي من وجهة نظر المعلمين.

و قد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (300) معلماً و معلمة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة من المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في لواء وادي السير، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير أداة مكونة من جزأين، و قد تم التأكد من صدق الأداة و ثباتها، و اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي ذو العلاقة الارتباطية، و أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن كفاءة مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في لواء وادي السير في إشراك المعلمين في عملية صنع القرار قد جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، و وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية دالة إحصائياً بين درجة إشراك المعلمين في عملية صنع القرار و درجة أدائهم الوظيفي من وجهة نظرهم، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر الجنس في جميع المجالات و في صنع القرار ككل، تعزى لمتغير الجنس و المؤهل العلمي، بينما أشارت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر عدد سنوات الخبرة في جميع المجالات و في الدرجة الكلية باستثناء مجال جمع المعلومات لصنع القرار، و المفاضلة بين الخيارات لصنع القرار، و اختيار البديل الأفضل، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر الجنس و المؤهل العلمي في جميع المجالات و في الدرجة الكلية، بينما أشارت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر سنوات الخبرة في جميع المجالات و في الدرجة الكلية باستثناء مجال مشاركة المعلمين في صنع القرار و التطوير الذاتي، و أوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات منها العمل على تطوير كفاءة مديري المدارس لإشراك معلميهم في عملية صنع القرار نظراً لما له من آثار إيجابية على الأداء و على عموم عمل المدرسة، طرح المزيد من الكراسات والكتيبات التي تتضمن تعريفاً بصلاحيات و أهمية صنع القرار و الياته ومتابعة العمل و تقويم النتائج، و غير ذلك من الأمور، الزام المديرين بأشراك المعلمين بشكل أوسع في عملية صنع القرار و اعتبارها منهجية ثابتة في سياقات عمل الأدوات المدرسية، نظراً لضعف صنع القرار و العلاقة مع الإدارة، لذا، نوصي بإعادة النظر بالمديرين و إبعاد من لا يصلح للعمل منهم في ضوء شكوى المعلمين و تقييماتهم السنوية العامة لهم.

English Abstract

The Study aimed to identify the efficiency of the principals of public secondary schools in Wadi al-sir district for involving teachers in the decision-making process and its relation to their performance from the perspective of the teachers.

This study sample has consisted of 300 teachers (males and females) who have been chosen randomly from public secondary schools in Wadi al-sir district.

A two-part tool has been developed in order to achieve the study objectives, where the tools' validity and stability have been confirmed due to its suitability.

For the purposes of the study, the descriptive correlational approach has been adopted.

The results of the study indicated that the efficiency of the principals of public secondary schools in Wadi al-sir district for involving teachers in the decision-making process has reached an intermediate level, and the existence of a positive correlation relationship has statistically significant between involving teachers in the decision-making process and their performance from their point of view.

The Study has shown at the fields’ level : - There are no statistically significant differences which attributed to the impact of the gender in all fields, but in making decisions it’s attributed to gender variable and the academic qualification.

Also, the study indicated the presence of statistically significant differences that are attributed to the impact of the number of experience years in all fields, and in the total grade except the field of collecting information for making a decision, the trading-off between decision-making options and choosing the best alternative.

- There are no statistically significant differences which attributed to the impact of the gender and the academic qualification in all fields and in the total grade.

But the study indicated the presence of statistically significant differences that are attributed to the impact of the number of years of experience in all fields and in the total grade except the field of teachers’ participation in decision-making and self-development.

Therefore, the study recommended a number of recommendations including : - Developing the efficiency of school principals to involve teachers in the decision-making process due to its positive effects on the performance and general work of the school.

- Providing more brochures and pamphlets containing a definition of the authorities, importance of decision-making and its methods, follow-up work, evaluate the results and other things - Binding the principals to involve the teachers wider in decision – making process, and consider it as a consistent methodology in the context of the work of school tools.

- We recommend reconsidering the principals and dismissing who is not fit to work based on the teachers' complaints and annual evaluation, because of the weakness of discoing-making and the relation with the administration.
