Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف الى كفاءة مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية بمديرية التربية و التعليم الأولى في محافظة اربد بإدارة الوقت و علاقتها بإبداعهم الاداري.

تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (2131) معلماً و معلمة، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (300) معلماً و معلمة و لجمع البيانات تم تطوير استبانة مكونة من (75) فقرة تم إيجاد صدقها و ثباتها.

و التحليل البيانات تم احتساب المتوسطات الحسابي و الانحرافات المعيارية و استخدام اختبار (ت) و معامل ارتباط بيرسون أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ان درجة كفاءة مديرين في ادارة الوقت كانت متوسطة، و أن درجة كفاءة المديرين في الإبداع الإداري كانت عالية من وجهة نظر المعلمين، و وجود فروق دلالة احصائياً بين متوسطات اجابات افراد العينة تعزى لمتغير الجنس في تقديرهم لكفاءة المديرين و بإدارة الوقت و ابداعهم الاداري يعزى لمتغير الجنس و لصالح الإناث أو لصالح المعلمات، و لا يوجد فروق بين متوسطات اجابات افراد عينة الدراسة في تقديرهم لكفاءة المديرين و بإدارة الوقت و الابداعهم الاداري تعزى لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي و الخبرة.

و بينت النتائج ايضاً ان هناك علاقة ارتباطية ايجابية بين كفاءة مديري المدارس الثانوية في إدارة الوقت و بين ابداعهم الإداري.

و قد و قدمت الدراسة عدد من التوصيات منها تهيئة الظروف المادية و المعنوية لمساعدة المديرين على استثمار الوقت بما يمكنهم من ممارسة الإبداع الاداري في مختلف مجالات العمل الإداري.

English Abstract

This study aimed to identify the efficiency of the principals of the secondary schools in the Directorate of Education in Irbid Governorate in the management of time and them relation to their administrative creativity from the point view of teachers.

The population study consisted of (2131) teachers.

The sample of the study consisted (300) teachers and for data collection questionnaire was developed consisting of (75) paragraphs which were found to be true and stable.

Data Analysis Calculation averages and standard deviations were calculated using the T test and the Pearson correlation coefficient.

The results of the study showed that the degree of efficiency of managers in the management of time was medium, and that the degree of competence of managers in administrative creativity was high from the point view of teachers.

There were statistically significant differences between the average responses of the sample members due to the gender variable in their assessment of the managers' efficiency, time management and managerial creativity due to gender variable and for the benefit of females or for the benefit of teachers.

There are no differences between the averages of the responses of the study sample members in their assessment of the efficiency of the managers and the management of time and administrative creativity due to the variables of scientific qualification and experience.

The results also showed that there is a positive correlation between the efficiency of high school principals in time management and their managerial creativity.

The study presented a number of recommendations, including the creation of material and moral conditions to help managers to invest time so that they can exercise administrative creativity in various areas of administrative work.
