Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف فاعلية برنامج معلم الصف في كلية العلوم التربوية/ جامعة جرش في ضوء معايير الجودة من وجهة نظر الخريجين و أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية.

و تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي.

أعدت الباحثة أداتين للدراسة (الاستبانة)، تكونت من استبانة للطلبة الخريجين و عدد فقراتها (73) فقرة موزعة على سبعة مجالات، و استبانة لأعضاء الهيئة التدريسية و عدد فقراتها (82) فقرة موزعة على ثمانية مجالات، و تم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية و الانحرافات المعيارية و اختبار(t-test) للإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة.

و بعد إجراء التحليل الإحصائي تبيَّن أن درجة فاعلية برنامج معلم الصف في كلية العلوم التربوية/ جامعة جرش في ضوء معايير الجودة من وجهة نظر الخريجين جاءت متوسطة، و كذلك من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية كانت درجة الفاعلية متوسطة أيضا، و أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات إجابات أفراد العينة تبعا لمتغير الجنس (لعينة الطلبة الخريجين)، و متغير الخبرة التدريسية (لعينة أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية).

English Abstract

The present study aimed to know the effectiveness of the classroom teacher program at the Faculty of Educational Sciences / Jerash University in light of the quality standards from the faculty and graduate's member’s points of views, descriptive method procedure was used.

The researcher prepared the study`s tool, the student's questionnaire, consisted of (73) items distributed on a (7) fields and the questionnaire of the faculty members and the number of paragraphs (82) items distributed in to (7) domain the questionnaire of the faculty members consisted of (82) items distributed on (8) domain, using means, standard deviations, and test (T- test) were used the results of the study shows that the degree of effectiveness of the classroom teacher program at the faculty of educational Sciences / Jerash University within the standards of quality from the graduates and faculty members views was moderate, as well as questionnaire of faculty were moderate too, and the results also showed there were no statistically significant differences in the answers respondents according to gender variable (sample graduate students), and a variable of teaching experience (for a sample of faculty members).
