Abstract EN

This article deals with the study and analysis Unions in the world , experiencing the difficult conditions since the period of economic change that defined globalization system, in fact their rights are denigrated, they face unemployment, poverty and marginalization in oppression of the working environment.

In addition, large numbers of workers in various industries that are protest movements and protests increasingly find themselves fired to deter capital mechanisms and to fight against the monopoly of international companies.

From this observation, Algeria, like other workers' movements in several countries, is facing heavy socio-economic problems.

Here the role of the trade union movement, which must be more active and more freely and effectively, so that they can face the consequences of this globalization.
